I'm Lucy, a Reiki Master and Doula based in Nunhead, South East London, as well as a mum of two. If you're looking to explore a more holistic approach to health and healing, you're in the right place.

I'm passionate about supporting people to find balance, relaxation and wellbeing through Reiki energy healing. My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each individual's needs.

Reiki came into my life while searching for alternative ways to support my family's wellbeing. Experiencing its gentle yet powerful benefits inspired me to deepen my knowledge and train professionally. What began as a personal journey soon became a calling to help others find calm, balance, and healing.

I work with adults, children, and families, offering nurturing, holistic support. I am further trained in Reiki Healing for Pregnancy, Birth and the Postpartum Period, combining my expertise as both a Reiki Practitioner and Doula to provide care throughout the parenting journey and beyond.

Sessions are available in the comfort of your own home, subject to location.
